Aloft Savannah Airport

The sales manager was awesome in assisting with an isolated room and early check in. We were here to attend a surprise graduation celebration party. The room was exceptionally clean, but I did have to smash a critter, unsure of what it was, however it did not affect my stay. Overall a good experience. The pillows are too soft and flatten easily.

Rooms were very clean, modern, and spacious. The small fridge worked well. Gave 3 stars because there's no sliding door near the bathroom area to give the glass shower privacy; bad design. Awkward for families and friends. There's a good laundry mat inside the hotel for families, though. Excellent customer service, too.

This is designed more for a minimalist approach. Very modern. Only one nightstand and lack of outlets on the one side of bed. Couch is not comfortable and way room is positioned, cannot see tv from couch, only from bed. Shower door did not close all the way. Bathroom is not designed for privacy. Sliding, double barn doors and they come off track easily. Walls are very thin,could here someone snoring in next room.

The Aloft is my go to hotel in Savannah. What makes it even more fantastic is the outstanding customer service from Wilbur each time my family and I stay there. He is such a sweet gentleman and goes above and beyond when we're there. I also Iove the fact he remembers us everytime we come back. The rooms are clean, up to date, the lobby aesthetic is appealing and great location near shopping, restaurants and the airport.

I was in a tough situation with an error with my flight home. Will (front desk) from A Loft was very kind and accommodating! My 10 year old daughter and I checked in a 6am, completely exhausted and overwhelmed, but Will welcomed us with open arms! He helped us turn our day around! In terms of location, there's a lot in walking distance if you do not have a car. A Loft was also very clean, they had a breakfast you could order with different options, and the Dry Bar products in the bathroom were a nice surprise!

Very nice room. The only thing we didn't like were the bathrooms. Kind of weird. No privacy. The young man at the desk was very nice and friendly.

Arrived late on December 4th. The gal working the desk couldn’t have been more perkier and nice. She is a great accent to your hotel. When we left out early on the 5th - she was the same happy person!!!! I give her 5 stars for her kindness.

Very sparse, had to ask for hand soap to wash our hands, no soap in dispenser in shower. Room appeared clean, but some furnishings(rug, yellow cube, rug) appeared tired.
